First go to Task Manager and go to processes and search any running program with name Wga. If so then click it and click End Process. Now, Go to C>Windows>System32 folder. Find any file with name Wga (like Wga.dll etc). Rename these files (like Wga00.dll etc) Also do a search in your PC and search with the name Wga and rename if anything found. Now restart your PC. You're done.
